Grilled Shrimp Cocktails

The perfect summer appetizer! These are great warm or chilled with a spicy homemade cocktail sauce on the side! 
PREP TIME: 10 minutes 
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes 
SERVINGS: Serves 6 
2 pounds large shrimp (18/22), with shell 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning 
Lemon wedges, for serving 
Spicy Cocktail Sauce: 
1/2 cup Muir Glen® Organic Ketchup 
2-3 tablespoons horseradish 
1 lemon, juice only 
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 
Dash of Worcestershire sauce 
1. Heat grill to high heat. Toss shrimp (in the shell) with oil and Old Bay seasoning. 
2. Grill shrimp on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes per side until just cooked through. 
3. Meanwhile, stir together ingredients for cocktail sauce. 
4. When shrimp are done, serve them immediately with fresh lemon wedges and 
cocktail sauce on the side or chill them down over ice and serve them when
