Ingredient List

  • 3 oz tomato water (fresh or drained from a can of Muir Glen whole peeled tomatoes) Small check mark in a circle icon
  • 1 oz gin Small check mark in a circle icon
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice Small check mark in a circle icon
  • chive flower to garnish Small check mark in a circle icon

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine tomato water, gin and lime juice. Shake well.
  2. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chive flower.
