Muir Glen Cilantro Lime Salsa


2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted or plain diced tomatoes, well drained

1 Medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher or sea salt)

1 to 2 fresh jalapeño or serrano chiles, seeded, finely chopped

Quick, easy and fresh describe this tasty tomato salsa that's great with chips or spooned over chicken or fish.

Preparation & Directions

  1. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.

  2. Serve with tortilla chips as desired.
