Spiced Tomato Jam


1 15oz can Fire Roasted Diced Muir Glen Tomatoes, drained of juice

¾ cup sugar

1 juice of lime

1 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

½ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp red pepper flakes (less if you don’t like a spicy result)

A festive addition to any cheese plate, this easy tomato jam recipe adds a warm spice as well as a touch of sweetness that pairs perfectly with a number of cheeses. 

Preparation & Directions

    Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Heat on medium high heat until mixture bubbles. Reduce heat to low, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens into a jam texture, about 20 minutes.
